Reigning WBF Super Featherweight World Champion - #5 World Ranked

Germany’s Ramona Kuehne is a three time, three weight, World Champion, currently she holds the World Boxing Federation, World Boxing Organisation and Women’s International Boxing Federation Female World crowns.

Ramona’s Championship career got off to a flying start in October 2007, when she conclusively beat Loli Munoz for the interim WIBF Light Welterweight title, in May the following year she added the full WBF Lightweight title by beating Bulgaria’s Galina Koleva Ivanova by a split decision verdict.

in November ‘08 Ramona successfully defended the WIBF Lightweight crown against Dominica Republic’s Dahiana Santana. Five months later she then added the WIBF Super Featherweight title to her collection when she beat Kenya’s Judy Waguthii, which she successfully defended in June ‘09 against Bulgaria’s Galina Gumliiska.

In January 2010 Ramona dropped a weight to unsuccessfully challenge fellow German Ina Menzer for the WBF, WIBF and WBO Featherweight belts. Five months later she was back in action back at Super Featherweight and this time successfully challenged Dominican Republic’s Maribel Santana to secure the WBF, WIBF and WBO titles with a sensational 4th round knockout finish.

Ramona has successfully defended these titles three times against, Bosnia And Herzegovina’ Irma Balijagic Adler, Czech Republic’s Arleta Krausova and in January 2012 against Hungary’s Renata Domsodi.
